thousand dollars;"
Which was adopted.
Mr. Carmichael proposed the following amendment:

Amend Article "Baltimore city,"by adding after the word
"thereto," 11th line, as follows:

"To the Home of the Friendless an annual appropriation
of five thousand dollars, towards the erection of the House o:
Friendless Boys;"

Which was adopted.

Mr. Neilson proposed the following amendment:

Amend Article "Baltimore city," in line 9; insert after
the word "dollars," for the erection of additional workshops,
"twenty-five thousand dollars;"

Which was rejected by yeas and nays as follow:
