ADMINISTRATION.
by will authorised to sell the real estate,
for the purpose of paying debts, or for other exigencies,
ought to give ample security for both
real and personal estate.

Warrants for
appraisers. |
Warrants, for appraisements of the deceased's
goods and chattels, must next be made out,
(vide appendix No. 8) to two persons perfectly
disinterested; great caution and circumspection
ought to be used in the choice of appraisers;
such only should be appointed, as are skilful,
honest and impartial, entirely free from all suspicion
of entertaining either favour or prejudice,
or having any interest in over-rating or under-valuing
the effects.

A due representation of the deceased being
thus settled and established, within the limitted
time of three months must be returned.
