CHAPTER 94.
AN ACT to repeal the eighteenth Section of the
first Article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Allegany County," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section eighteen of Article one
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County," is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
to read as follows : He, (the Clerk of the County
Commissioners,) shall be entitled to such compensa-
tion as shall be fixed by the County Commissioners
not exceeding six hundred dollars.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 95.
AN ACT to repeal the thirty-second Secton of the
fifth Article of the Public Local Laws, entitled
c 'Calvert County," relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables, and provide for three ad-
ditional Justices of the Peace for said county.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the thirty-second Section of the
fifth Article of the Public Local Laws, entitled
" Calvert County," relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables, be and the same is hereby
repealed and the following enacted as a substitute
therefor :

Sec. 32. There shall be the following number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables for Calvert
County, to wit : for Election District number one,

Justices of
the Peace.
