On motion of Mr. McCreery,

Leave was granted the Frederick county delegation to re-
port a bill authorizing the County Commissioners of Frede-
rick county to subscribe to the stock of Turnpike Companies.

Also, to the same delegation, to report a bill to authorize
the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace
for the Second Election District of Frederick county.

On motion of Mr. Markland,

Leave was granted the Baltimore City delegation to report
a bill to repeal Section 215 of Art. 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title Election,
and enact a substitute therefor.

Also, leave to the Committee on Corporations to report a
bill to amend the charter of the People's Gas Company of
Baltimore City.

On motion of' Mr. Hoblitzell,

Leave was grunted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to cany into effect Sec. 44, of Art. 3, of the Con-
stitution.

On motion of Mr. Standish,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a bill to incorporate the town of Frostburg in Allegany
county.

OB motion of Mr. Dennis,

Leave was granted to the Somerset county delegation and
Mr. Crawford, of Wicomico, to report a bill to increase the
powers of the County Commissioners of Worcester county.

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to abolish the Usury Laws of the State.

On motion of Mr. Munlock,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the town of Keedysville, in
Washington county.

On motion of Mr. Crawford,

Leave was granted to the delegation of Wicomico and Mr.
Brattan, of Somerset, to report a bill to change the number
of Commissioners of Wicomico county.

On motion of Mr. Neill,

Leave was granted to the Washington county delegation
