ninety-seven, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to State Wharfinger and Wharves, and to re-enact the same
with proposed amendments: Strike out section "10" and insert the following : Section 10. He shall demand and collect from all vessels,
except such as are ladened with tobacco, lying at any of the
State wharves, the same rates and charges collected by the
City of Baltimore, as provided by the Baltimore city Code,
sub-title "Harbors and Harbor Masters, sub-divisions,

repeal section 38, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Worcester county, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, with proposed amend-
ments. Section 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commis-
sioners of Worcester county, shall cause a correct copy of their
levy list to be made out, showing the amount of levy and the
objects for which the same was made, under general heads,
and shall cause the same to be published in a newspaper
