vided, that not more than seventy dollars be allowed to any
paper for such service.

Section 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Amend the title by inserting after the word "County" in
the third line, the words : relating to the publication of the
levy list of said county,

sum of two hundred and four dollars erroneously paid into
the Treasury of the State.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Equitable Gas Light Company of Balti-
more city.

The bill entitled an Act to pay the claims of Henry Brooke,
C. O. Magruder, Jr., and J. N. W. Wilson, recommended by
