relating to public roads and gates, The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorporating
the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, passed
1.866; chapter 52. The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to incorporate companies to make several Turnpike roads through Baltimore county, and authorizing the laying down
and equipment of a railway on the Baltimore and Reisters-
town Turnpike Road, &c., &c. The bill entitled an Act to alter and amend the charter of
the Fire Insurance Company of Allegany county, &c., &c. The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the City of Baltimore, sub-title, " Streets." The bill entitled an Act to amend the 16th Article of the
Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto the follow-
ing sections relating to Trustees appointed by Wills, or by a
decree of a Court of Equity, to fill a vacancy in the office of
Trustee in any trust relating to real or personal estate, or
leasehold property created by Will. The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 5 and 6 of Act
of 1864, chapter 121, an Act repealing sections 23, 31, 32,
33, 35, 53 and 54, of 1st Article of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany county, relating to the charter of the City
of Cumberland. The bill entitled an Act to amend the 8th Article of Public
Local Laws of Cecil county, title, "Elkton," by repealing
sections 66, 68 and 69, of said Article, and re-enact the same
in an amended form, granting further powers to the President
and Commissioners of said town. The bill entitled an Act to prevent stationary or perma-
nent weirs or hedges being placed in the Western branch of
the Patuxent river, and the Eastern branch of the Potomac
and its tributaries. The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
pay over to the School Commissioners of Howard county, the
arrearages due from the Academic fund, and to pay annually
to said county the amounts due from such fund.. The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 9, of Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the publica-
tion of county expenses, relating to Caroline county, and re-
enact the same with amendments.
