Mr. Clarke moved that the bill entitled an Act to repeal,
amend and re-enact section 2, of Article 33, of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to the education of Deaf and
Dumb, bo read the third time this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :

House bill entitled an Act to legalize a supplement to the
Maryland Code, containing the Acts of the General Assembly,
passed at the sessions of 1861, 1861, 1862, 1864, 1865, 1866,
1867, arranged in Articles and sections, to correspond with
the Code, by Lewis Mayer, and to appropriate a sum of money
to purchase copies of the same, and to regulate their distribu-
tion,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
