whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal section
3, of Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Habeas Corpus," and to re-enact the same with an addi-
tional provision, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to regulate the State's At-
torney trial fees for Dorchester county, reported, it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

The House bill to repeal section 4, of an Act passed Janu-
ary session 1868, chapter 466, entitled an Act to run and
define the dividing line between Prince George's and Mont-
gomery counties, and re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Common Council of Manchester, to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Parkton and Manchester Railroad Company,
