Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 424, of the
laws of January session, 1868, incorporating the town of
Berlin, in Worcester county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, a»
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Earle, Stephenson,
Henkle, Timmons,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Clarke, from the Committee on corporations, to
whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the Iron and Coal Company of Frederick county, reported it
unfavorably,

And the report was adopted.

Mr. Clarke, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county, to sell stock
of Turnpike roads owned and held by Baltimore county, re-
ported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Clarke moved that said bill be read the third time this
day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3 of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows :
