Mr. Henry, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections I and 6, of chapter 329, Act of 1867, entitled an Act
to provide for the selection, drawing and summoning of Ju-
rors in the several counties, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 165, 166,
167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 173, 174 and 175, of Article 10; of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, relating
to Roads, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2,
of chap. 136, of 1867, entitled an Ant to incorporate the
Maryland Metallic Company of Baltimore, reported it with-
out amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

The House bill entitled an Act to regulate and make uni-
form the compensation of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts
of the several counties, and to fix the compensation of the
Judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city, in pursu-
ance of the 40th Article of the Constitution,
