The House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors on Tilghman's Island, in Talbot
county, or within three miles thereof,

the Laws of Maryland, approved March 30, 1868, entitled
an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter 290, entitled an
Act to add a new Article to the Code of Public General Laws,
to be entitled "Public Roads," except so far as said Act re-
lates to Somerset county,
