said county, shall be fined, not less than ten, or more than
twenty dollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail, not ex-
ceeding twenty days, or until payment of said fine and costs;
one-half of said fine to be paid to the County Commissioners
of said county, for the use of the public schools of said county
and the other half to the informer.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

stream, forming any part of the road-way of any railroad or
