CHAPTER 82.

AN ACT to repeal Section two hundred and
eighty-two of Article ninety-three of the Sup-
plement to the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Testamentary Laws," and re-enact
the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Section two hundred and eighty-two of Article ninety-three of the Supple- ment to the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " Testamentary Laws," be repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows: 282.
