On motion of Mr. Hoblitwll,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to le-
port a bill to amend and re-enact section 14, and section 272
of Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
" Testamentary Law."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill to add an additional section to Article 91, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Sureties."
On motion of Mr. Wilmer,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Wilmer, Beck and Brown, to
report a bill entitled a Supplement to an Act entitled an Act
