An Act to repeal sections 170, 171 and 172, of Article I.,
of the Code of Public Laws, under the head "of Allegany
County," relating to weights and measures.
An Act to refund to Edward W. Mealey, administrator of
Edward M. Mealey, a certain sum of money.
An Act to repeal section 212, of Article IV., of the Public
Local Laws of the City of Baltimore, title "Elections."
An Act supplementary to an Act to incorporate the Lu-
theran Congregation of St. Paul's, Christ's Lutheran
Church, St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, and Mount Zion's
Lutheran Church, in Frederick county.
An Act to amend the Act entitled an Act to incorporate
the Board of Benificence of St. John's Independent Meth-
odist Protestant Church, in the City of Baltimore.
An Act to repeal and re-enact section 13, of the Act of
1887, chapter 303, entitled an Act to revive and extend an
Act to incorporate the Worcester Railroad Company.
A supplement to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate
the Franklin Savings' Bank of Frederick, passed January
Session, 1856, chapter 329.
An Act to authorize the Judges of the Circuit Court for
Harford county, to appoint some suitable person to record
certain Chancery cases decided in said Court, involving titles
of lands which have not been heretofore recorded, and to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of said county to provide
compensation therefor.
An act to incorporate the town of Crisfield, in Somerset
county.
An Act to add an additional section to the Public Local
Laws of Allegany county, Article I., Allegany county, and
to repeal sections 24, 25 and 26 thereof, and re-enact the
game with amendments, to read as follows, relating to the
City of Cumberland.
An Act to amend the Act of March Session, 1865, chapter
147, entitled an Act to incorporate the Empire Goal Com-
pany of Allegany county, by adding thereto certain addi-
tional sections, and providing for the increase of the number of
the Directors of the said Company and of its capital stock,
and for the appointment of a Vice President to said Com-
pany.
An Act to repeal sections 117 and 121, of Article I. of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county, relating to
the town of Oakland, in said county.
