The House bill entitled an Act to make valid the action of
the Local Board of Road Trustees in the First District of
Baltimore county,
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as

tute proceedings to forfeit the charter of the Falls Road
Turnpike of Baltimore county.
