The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections from 112 to 143 inclusive, of Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title ''Ha- gerstown," relating to the election of Councilmen of Hagerstown, by the voters in their respective wards in said town, and authorize the Justices of the Peace to enforce the ordi- nances relating to Crimes and Punishments, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
