When leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings, to report
A bill entitled an Act to amend Article LXXV., section
74, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Pleadings,
Practice and Process," sub-title "Removal of Causes," as
amended by the Act of 1868, chapter 187, by adding sub-
sections to section 74.
Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported
A bill entitled an Act relating to Pleadings and Practice.
Which was read the first time.
On motion by Mr. Williams,
The rules was suspended, so as to give a third reading to
the Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Immigration
Company, as follows:

ed the following Senate bills, severally endorsed "Passed by
yeas and nays."
The bill to settle and adjust the Boundary Line between
