The House bill entitled an Act to legalize the supplement
to the Maryland Code, containing the Acts of the General
Assembly, passed at the Sessions of 1868 and 1870, arranged
in Articles and sections to correspond with the Code pub-
lished by John Murphy & Co.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
The House bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower and
direct the Court of Appeals to reopen and repeat the affirm-
ance of the judgments, orders and decrees in the several cases
wherein J. T. B. Dorsey was appellant, decided at April
Term, 1869.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Article XXVII., of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Costs," and to be section 11, of said Article.

Article XXVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"County Commissioners," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

The House bill entitled an Act entitled a supplement to an
Act to incorporate the Baltimore, Calverton and Pohatan
Railroad Company, passed January, 1870, chapter 496, to
authorize said road to acquire by purchase or otherwise, the
Hookstown and Pimlico and the Randallstown Branch of said
road.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Middle-
town and Elkton Railroad Company to charge a greater rate
for tolls and transportation of persons and freight than is
allowed.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
