The House bill to provide for cancelling the State bonds
and stocks,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Compton, Stephenson,
Carroll, Spates,
Claggett, Sellman,
Downs, Spencer,
Earle, Steiner,
Fields, Tuck—16.
NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of St. John's
College,
Being on its third reading,
Mr. Tuck moved a call of the Senate, when the following
Senators responded :
