Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Vaccination, reported
favorably on
The bill relating to Small Pox.
Which was read the second time.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint a Commissioner to examine the Fisheries of the
State, with a view to their protection,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The House bill relating to election district, in Allegany
county,
"Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Stephenson,
Blake, Spates,
Compton, Sellman,
Carroll, Spencer,
Crawford, Steiner,
Claggett, Timmons,
Denson, Tuck,
Fields, Wilson,
Henry, Williams—19.

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then retuned to the House of Delegates.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to make a contribution to-
wards the "Washington National Monument,
Was read. the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to subscribe to the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad
Company,
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Tuck moved to strike out "required, "where it occurs,
and insert "empowered."
Which was adopted. .
Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
