SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That such sums as may
have been collected, under the provisions of said Act,
in Dorchester county, the Commissioners of said
county are hereby authorized and directed to cause
to have paid into the school fund of said. county, to
the credit of the respective districts in which such
hums may have been collected, for the use of the
Public Schools in such districts, subject to the con-
trol of the Board of School Commissioners for Dorchester county.
SEC. 3. Be it enacted That tins Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 27.
AN" ACT supplemental to the Act of eighteen hun-
dred. and seventy, chapter fifty-eight, entitled " an
Act to authorize to County Commissioners of
Frederick comity to build a new Almshouse for
'Frederick county, to borrow money on the credit
of the county for that purpose, to issue bonds for
the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the
assessable property of said county to redeem said
bonds, and to pay the interest thereon.
WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Freder-
ick county were authorized and empowered by the
Act of eighteen Hundred and seventy, chapter fifty-eight, to build a new Almshouse, for Frederick
county, to borrow money on the credit of said county
for that purpose, and to Issue bonds for the payment
of the same, but were limited and restricted by said
Act to the sum of sixty thousand dollars, and
WHEREAS, There is a deficiency and indebtedness
of forty thousand dollars, over and above the said
