SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That said County Com-
missioners shall, in each and every year prior to the
year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, levy upon
the assessable property of Frederick county such
sum of money as may be sufficient to pay the inter-
est on the bonds issued under the provisions of this
Act, and in the year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, and in each and every year thereafter until all
of said bonds are redeemed, the said Comity Com-
missioners shall levy upon the assessable property of
said county, a tax of not less than two cents on every
hundred dollars thereof.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the money raised
as directed by section four, of this Act, shall be kept
with that authorized under the original Act, and
designated as " The Almshouse Fund," and shall be
.applied exclusively to the payment of the principal
and interest of the said bonds authorized by this Act,
and to the costs of collection of the said tax, which
said tax shall be collected as all other taxes are col-
lected in said county.
SEC. 6. And be if enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 28.
AN ACT to authorize Marcellus W. J. Larmore to
settle his accounts as guardian to Ambrose II. T).
Larmore, and to pay over all money due said
ward.
SECTION 1. Be if enacted by the General Assemble of
Maryland, That Marcellus W. J. Larmore, guardian
to Ambrose H. D. Larmore, a minor, be and he is
hereby authorized to pass his final account, as guar-
dian, before the Orphan's Court of Somerset county,
and to pay and deliver over to the said Ambrose H.
