D. Larmore all his property, real and personal, and
moneys that may lie due to him on the said final ac-
count, and take his receipt for the same, which shall
be acknowledged and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for said county, and have the same
effect as if the same was executed by a person of full
age.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That tire said Ambrose
H. D. Larmore shall bo answerable for all liabilities,
debts and contracts made and entered into by him,
and may sue and be sued as fully as if he were a man
of full age, and that all deeds and other instruments of
writing, made and executed by him, shall be as good
and binding in law as if lie were a man of full age.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 29.
AN ACT to renew, alter and amend an Act entitled
" An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Manual
Labor School for Indigent Boys," passed March
fourteenth, eighteen hundred and forty, being
chapter two hundred and forty-seven of the Act
of eighteen hundred and thirty-nine.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Act passed at December session
eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, chapter two hun-
dred and forty-seven, incorporating the Baltimore
Manual Labor School for Indigent Boys, with the
privileges, powers and franchises thereby granted,
be and the same is hereby renewed and extended,
from the period therein limited, and said Act and the
privileges, powers and franchises thereby granted,
shall continue in force and be perpetual with the
amendments hereinafter enacted.
