SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury

be and he is hereby directed and requested to issue

his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay to Edward

Powers, the sum of three hundred dollars, for ser-
|
|
 
|
vices as janitor, in taking care of, cleaning and
|

airing the Senate Chamber and the rooms connected
|

therewith, for the years eighteen hundred and
|
|

seventy-four and eighteen hundred and seventy-five ;
