teen hundred and sixty, chapter two hundred and

 

seventy-four, entitled an act to incorporate the

 

Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Company and to

 

re-enact a substitute therefor.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That section four of the act of eighteen

 

hundred and sixty, chapter two hundred and seventy-
