CHAPTER 294.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

 

Christian H. Walker, of Harford county, money

 

for taxes erroneously paid by him into the treasury

 

of the State.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue his

 

warrant upon the Treasurer of the State, to pay

 

Christian H. Walker, of Harford county, for taxes

 

erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the

 

State, amounting to the sum of seventeen dollars and

 

sixty-four cents.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 295.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty-

 

six of article ninety-three, of the Code of Public

 

General Laws, entitled " Testamentary Law,"

 

sub-title " Distribution," and to re-enact the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Maryland, That the one hundred and thirty-sixth

 

section of article ninety-three, of the Code of Pub-

 

lic General Laws, entitled "Testamentary Law,"

 

sub-title "Distribution," be and the same is hereby

 

repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

 

136. If there be no widow or relations of the in-
