AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

William B. Morgan, of Harford county, money

for taxes erroneously paid by him into the Treas-

ury of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be
|

and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue
|
 
|
|
his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State to pay
|
 
|
|
William B. Morgan, of Harford county, for taxes
|
 
|
|
erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the
|
 
|
|
State, amounting to the sum of thirty-eight dollars
|
 
|
|
and fifty -five cents.
|
 
|
|
SEC. 2. And be, it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
|
effect from the date of its passage.
