SEC. 16. And be it enacted; That the Legislature

CHAPTER 298.

AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact section

four of the act of the General Assembly of Mary-

land, passed at January session, eighteen hundred

and fifty-four, chapter eighty-five, entitled an

act to incorporate a company to erect a bridge

over the Patuxent River, between Anne Arundel

and Prince George's counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section four of the act of the General
