CHAPTER 299.

AN ACT to provide for an additional justice of the

peace for district number four of Charles county.

CHAPTER 300.

AN ACT to add additional sections to article fifteen

of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Mont-

gomery county," to provide for the allowance of

certain deductions to persons paying their county

taxes within times specified.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That all persons and incorporated institu-

of said taxes, all that shall pay the same on or before

the first day of October of said year, shall be entitled

to a deduction of four per centum, and all that shall

pay the same on or before the first day of November

per centum, and at the time of receiving said taxes
