SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all county taxes,

collected under the provisions of this act, shall be

CHAPTER 301.

AN ACT, entitled a further supplement to an act,
|
 
|
|
entitled an act to incorporate the Broadway and
|
 
|
|
Locust Point Steam Ferry Company of Maryland,
|
 
|
|
and to grant on certain conditions the right to use
|
 
|
|
the wharf known as the county wharf.
|
 
|
|
WHEREAS, by the twelfth section of the act of
|
 
|
|
eighteen hundred and sixty-eighth, chapter one
|
 
|
|
hundred and eighty-seven of the General Assem-
|

bly of Maryland, entitled an act to incorporate
|
 
|
|
the Broadway and Locust Point Steam Ferry Com-
|
 
|
|
pany of Maryland, and to grant on certain conditions
|
 
|
|
the right to use the wharf known as the county

wharf; it is provided that the term of existence of
|
 
|
|
said Broadway and Locust Point Steam Ferry Com-
|
 
|
|
pany of Maryland, shall be for a period of twenty
|
 
|
|
years from the passage of said act of Assembly; and
