CHAPTER 302.

 

AN ACT to repeal the Act of the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, passed at January session, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-four, chapter four hundred

 

and thirty-nine, in so far as the same relates to

 

Harford county, and to re-enact the following in

 

lieu thereof, to apply to Harford county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
