rata for any portion of a year allowed by State

License Law.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the

act, and if he shall wilfully or negligently fail so to

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

thereof, including all the buildings and grounds

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all sums received
