nor public taxation; nor shall any of the said lots

be sold at any time to any but to white citizens, for

which class the depository of their dead is intended

to be provided; and that a certificate, under seal of

the corporation, and signed by the president and

secretary, of the ownership of a lot by any person,

and recorded among the land records of Cecil

county, within six months from the date thereof,

shall have the same effect in law as if it were regu-

larly conveyed by deed, that the sale of lots may be

made at private sale at any time after the first adver-

SEC. 5. And be. it enacted, That the said corpora-

marked and bounded, (whenever the lot-holder shall

desire to mark and bound the same,) and the quan-

tity and qualtity of shrubbery to be planted in the

lots, and the price to be paid for, digging and filling

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said corpora-

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said corporation
