wall, fence, railing or other work or structure for

 

use, protection or ornament, or shall wilfully or

 

needlessly destroy, cut, break or remove any tree,

 

shrub, bush or plant within the limits of said ceme-

 

tery, or shall shoot or discharge any fire-arms within

 

the limits of said cemetery, shall be considered guilty

 

of a misdemeanor and liable to presentment and

 

indictment by the grand jury, and to conviction and

 

punishment by the court by fine, or fine and impris-

 

onment, in the discretion of the court, or by punish-

Eden, John H. Jamar and William J. Jones, be and

 

they are hereby appointed the first board of directors

 

or managers of the said corporation, to hold their

 

offices for two years until their successors shall be

 

chosen, in the manner hereinbefore provided, and

 

that they shall elect one of their number, president
