AN ACT to repeal and re-enact several sections of

chapter one hundred and eighty-one, of the acts

passed at the January session of eighteen hundred

and seventy-four, which act repealed article seven-

|
|
ty-one, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
 
|
|
"Oysters."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|

Maryland, That sections three and five, of chapter
one hundred and eighty-one, of the act passed at
|

be, and the same are hereby repealed, and re-enacted
