SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or per-

sons, who may violate the provisions of this act,
|
|

shall, upon conviction thereof, before any justice of

the peace of said county, be fined for each and every
|
|

offence the sum of twenty-five dollars, and the con-

|

demnation and forfeiture of the seines, nets, twine

weirs and boats or canoes, used in the violations as
|
|
 
|
provided in section one, of this act, one-half of the
|
|
 
|
fines and forfeitures to go to the informer, the
|
|
 
|
remainder to be paid into the free school treasury of
|
|
 
|
Dorchester county, for the use of said schools.
|
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the justice of the
|
