CHAPTER 384.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact chapter two hun-

 

dred and seventy-nine of the acts passed January

 

session, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled

 

'' an act to amend the act of Assembly of eighteen

 

hundred and sixty-eight, chapter two hundred

 

and ninety-two," adding an additional section to

 

article fifty-one, of the Code of Public General

 

Laws, under the title of "Landlord and Tenant,"

 

by repealing the same and re-enacting the same

 

as follows.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
