CHAPTER 393.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
of Baltimore county, to pay Samuel K. Griffith his
per diem as Judge of the Orphans' Court of said
county, during his absence from the session of said
court on account of sickness.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Balti-
more county, are hereby authorized and directed to	Authorized, and directed
pay to Samuel K. Griffith, Judge of the Orphans'	to pay.

from the session of said court on account of sick-
ness.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.

House License to citizens of Dorchester and Caro-
line counties, erroneously paid into the Treasury
of the State.
