CHAPTER 395.

 

AN ACT an additional supplement to an act enti-

 

tled an act to incorporate the Trustees of the

 

Particular Baptist Church, in Baltimore county.

 

WHEREAS, it is represented to this Genera] Assem-

bly, that on the twenty-seventh day of February,

 

seventeen hundred and seventy, a certain Jonathan

 

Plowman, conveyed to John Davis, (Pastor,) John

 

Whitaker and Samuel Lane, Particular Baptists, a

 

parcel of land containing about fifteen acres, for the

 

sole use of a meeting-house, for the worship of God

 

forever; and,

 

WHEREAS, by the act of eighteen hundred and

twenty-eight, chapter nine, Thomas Layman, John

 

Peregoy and Benjamin Buckingham, were incor-

 

porated by the name of the Trustees of the Particular
