WHEREAS, the said trustees have all died, and the

at one of their church meetings, appoint John B.

Ensor, Joshua Plowman and James Blizzard, trus-

tees thereof, the appointment of whom were fully

ratified and confirmed by the act of Assembly,
|
 
|
|
passed January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-
|
 
|
|
eight, chapter one hundred and ninety-three; and,
|
 
|
|
WHEREAS, since the appointment of Joshua Plow-
|
 
|
|
man trustee as aforesaid, he has died, and John H.
|

Ensor has been appointed in his place; and,

WHEREAS, the money arising from the sale of said
|

land is now in the hands of said trustees, without

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That the said John B. Ensor, James
|

Blizzard and John H. Ensor, and their successors,

privileges.

be and they are hereby invested with the same
|
 
|
|
rights and privileges which are granted to the said
|
 
|
|
Thomas Layman, John Peregoy and Benjamin
|
 
|
|
Buckingham, and their successors, by the said act
|
 
|
|
of eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter nine,
|
 
|
|
with the power and authority to expend said money
|
 
|
|
now in their hands, as trustees aforesaid, or so much
|
 
|
|
thereof as may be necessary to repair the said Old
|
 
|
|
School or Particular Baptist Church, at Black Rock,
|
 
|
|
in Baltimore county, and for such other purposes
|
 
|
|
as the wants and necessities of said church may
|
 
|
|
require.
