SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to incorporate the Broad Cove Oyster and Fish

 

Propagating and Experimental Company.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That James H. Caulk, Elijah J. Jarman, John C.

 

McDaniel, Walter H. Caulk and their associates and successors,

 

and such other persons as shall hereafter become stockholders

 

in the company hereby incorporated, shall be and they are

 

hereby constituted a body politic and corporate by the name
