nineteenth ward shall in future be known and numbered twentieth ward;
the present twentieth ward shall in future be known and numbered nine-
teenth ward; the present twenty-first ward shall in future be known and
numbered eighteenth ward; the present twenty-second ward shall in
future be known and numbered twenty-first ward; the present twenty-third
ward shall in future be known and numbered twenty-third ward; and the
present twenty-fourth ward shall in future be known and numbered twen-

657A. THE FIEST DISTEICT as laid out embraces the territory now

comprised within the First Ward, Second Ward, Third Ward, and the
first, second, third, part of the fourth, fifth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth
and eleventh Precincts of the Fourth Ward, and part of the second, the
third, fourth, fifth, sixth Precincts of the Fifth Ward, and a part of the
seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty-first, twenty-second
.and a part of the twenty-third Precincts of the Sixth Ward, and the first
to the twenty-first Precincts, inclusive, of the Twenty-sixth Ward.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Eastern city line and the
Patapsco River, running north along Eastern city line to its intersection
with the southeast side of Philadelphia Road; thence southwesterly on the
southeast side of said Philadelphia Road to its intersection with the old
Eastern city line; thence south on said line to its intersection on the south
side of Fayette Street; thence westerly on the south side of Fayette Street
to the east side of Milton Avenue; thence southerly on the east side of
Milton Avenue to the south side of Baltimore Street; thence westerly on
the south side of Baltimore Street to a point where the 'west side of
Aisquith Street, if extended, would intersect the said south side of Balti-
more Street; thence northerly on the west side of Aisquith Street to the
south side of Monument Street; thence westerly along the south side of
Monument Street to the east side of thei Fallsway; thence southerly along
the east side of the said Fallsway to the south side of Bath Street; thence
westerly along the south side of Bath Street to the west side of Guilford
Avenue; thence northerly along the west side of Guilford Avenue to the
south side of Franklin Street; thence westerly along the south side of
Franklin Street to the east side of Eutaw Street; thence southerly along
the east side of Eutaw Street to the south side of Mulberry Street; thence
westerly on the south side of Mulberry Street to the east side of Greene
Street; thence southerly on the east side of Green Street to the south side

of Saratoga Street; thence westerly on the south side of Saratoga Street
to the northeast side of Fremont Avenue; thence southeasterly on the
