BALTIMORE CITY. 1149

northeasterly side of Fremont Avenue to the north side of Pratt Street;
thence easterly on the north side of Pratt Street to the east side of Light
Street; thence with the waters of the Basin to the waters of the North-
western Branch of the Patapsco River, and following the waters of the
Patapsco River to the new Eastern city line at the place of beginning.

The Second District as laid out embraces the territory now comprised
within the first, part of the second, seventh, eighth, ninth Precincts of the
Fifth AVard, and the first to sixteenth, inclusive, a part of the seventeenth,
a part of the twenty-third Precinct of the Sixth Ward, Seventh Ward,
and a part of the fourteenth, the sixteenth, a part of the seventeenth,
eighteenth, a part of the nineteenth, a part of the twentieth, twenty-first,
twenty-second, twenty-third Precincts of the Eighth Ward, Tenth Ward,
and Eleventh Ward.

Beginning at the intersection of the north side of Fayette Street with
the old Eastern city line, and running northerly along the said line to its
intersection with the south side of Preston Street; thence westerly along
the south side of Preston Street to the southwest side of Jones Falls;
thence in a northwesterly direction along the said line of Jones Falls to
its intersection with the line in prolongation of the south side of Lafayette
Avenue; thence with the line in prolongation of the south and southeast-
erly side of Lafayette Avenue to the northeasterly side of Druid Hill
Avenue; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly side of Druid Hill
Avenue to the east side of Eutaw Street; thence southerly along the east
side of Eutaw Street to the north side of Franklin Street; thence easterly
along the north side of Franklin Street to the east side of Guilford Ave-
nue ; thence southerly along the east side of Guilford Avenue to the north
aide of Bath Street; thence easterly along the north side of Bath Street
to the west side of the Fallsway; thence northerly with the west side of
the Fallsway to the north side of Monument Street; thence easterly along
the north side of Monument Street to the east side of Aisquith Street;
thence southerly along the east side of Aisquith Street to the north side
of Baltimore Street; thence easterly along the north side of Baltimore
Street to the west side of Milton Avenue; thence northerly along the west
side of Milton Avenue to the north side of Fayette Street; thence easterly
along the north side of Fayette Street to the old Eastern city line at the
place of beginning.

The Third District as laid out embraces the territory now comprised
within the first to thirteenth, inclusive, a part of the fourteenth, fifteenth,
a part of the seventeenth, a part of the nineteenth, a part of the twentieth,
and twenty-fourth to thirty-third Precincts, inclusive, of the Eighth Ward,
Ninth Ward, Twelfth Ward, and the twenty-second to twenty-sixth Pre-
cincts, inclusive, of the Twenty-sixth Ward, and the first to nineteenth
Precincts, inclusive, of the Twenty-seventh Ward.

Beginning with the intersection of the old Eastern city line and the
northwest side of Philadelphia Road; thence northeasterly along the
northwest side of Philadelphia Road to its intersection with the new
Eastern city line; thence northerly along the said line to its intersection
