David Browne in Open Cour Confest judgmt Know all men by these presents that I William:Winslow of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland for a valuable Consideration me thereunto moving have clearly bargained and Sold unto Robert Cade of the Same County & Province One hundred Acres of Land Called Doxen hills lying on the West Side of Perrahawin Branch, the said Land with all the improvements thereon made, Namely my Plantation, with houses fencing Orchard and all Other the appurtenances thereunto belonging I have clearly Sold unto the Said Robert Cade, to him his Heirs Execctors Admrs and Assigns for Ever, warranting the lawfullness of my power and authority to Sell the said premises I doe also Covnt and promise to deliver unto the said Robert: Cade, his Heirs or Assigns or any other person to or for his use to (them) their Heirs or Assigns the Pattent for the Said Land, and also alienate & make Over the Said Land & Plantation |
