( 122 ) With all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging at this time, within ten months of the date of this present writing, and in Case of the Non performance of the Same, to pay or cause to be paid unto the sd Robert Cade his Heirs or Assigns the Sum of ten thousand pounds of good Sound tobacco upon demand and Convenient within the said County of Somerset, The Consideration me hereunto moving is five thousand pounds of tobacco which I doe Owne and acknowledge to have allready received from the hands of the said Robert Cade, and doe therefore bind my Selfe my Heirs Execcutors and Administrators firmly by these presents, to make a firme and Sure title, of all the said Land and all and Singular of the Said premises to the said Robert Cade his Heirs Execcutors Admrs, or any other person or prsons to or for his use to them also and their Heirs or Assigns for ever according to the Laudable Custome of this Province of Maryland or to pay the Sum of tobacco above mentioned and in wittness and Confirmation. of the Same, I doe hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this fourth day of April in the yeare of our Lord God One thousand Six hundred eighty and Seaven his Signed Sealed and delivered in the prSence of William: W Winslow Sealed Charles ffasett f. his marke marke Thomas: Piles - - - - These are to Certifie that this day to witt the 26th of October 1691.
