Know all men by these presents that I Benjamine Keizer of the County aforesd am holden & firmly
bounden unto ffrancis Jenckins of the County aforesd Gentl. in the full & just Sum or Quantity of nine
thousand eight hundred & eighty Pounds of good Sound Merchantable tobacco in Caske, due to be
paid unto the sd ffrancis: Jenckins, his Heirs Execcutors Admrs. or Assigns or Lawfull Attorney, to
which payment well & truly to be made & done I bind my Selfe my Heirs Execcutors & Admrs firmly
by these presents in the whole & for the whole to the said ffrancis Jenckins. his Heirs, Extors or Admrs
In wittness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand Seal this 24th. day of March Annoq Dom 1690 =
The Condition of this present Obligation is Such that if the above bounden Benjamine: Keizer, his Heirs
Execcutors or Admrs, Shall well & truly Satisfie Content & pay, unto the above named ffrancis: Jenckins, his
Heirs, Execcutors.Admrs or Assigns the just Sum or quantity of four thousand nine hundred & fourty pound
of good Sound bright & large tobacco in Caske at or before xth day of October, next ensueing the date
hereof, at Some One Convenient Port or Towne, in the County aforesd, that then this present Obligation
to be void & of none effect, Otherwise to Stand in full force power & vertue.
