acknowledge execute & Suffer or Cause & prcurd to be well and truely made done aknowledged executed
& Suffered all & every Such further and other Act and Acts thing & things Conveyance & Conveyances assurance
& assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better or more perfect assuering or Sure makeing of all or a-
the before bargained premisses with their & every of theire appurtenances unto him the Said John ffreezell
his heires & assignes for ever as by him or them his or their learned Councell in the Law Shall be-
reasonably devised advised or required so as they or any of them are not Compelled or Compellable to travel
farther then the Citty of St: Maryes within this Province for the doeing thereof In Witness whereof
the the partyes to these presents have interchangeably Set theire hands and Seales the Day & year first
above written ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Memorandum That this day to witt the Tenth day of June 1690 Came before us the Subscribed William
Jones party to these presents & did acknowledge the within mentioned Land calld
Coxes Choice in the within written Deed Specified to be the right of him the within
named John ffreezell his heires & assignes for Ever And against him the Said
ffine for thie allienation William Jones Cornelius Johnson his Testator & Daniell Jones his Brother their
recd: according to Act heires and assignes will warrant for Ever the Same ffrancis Jenckins
