Colwall & that they will for Ever warrant & defend the Same to him the Sd: John Colwall his (heires)
& assignes against all persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claime by from or undr: them or any (of)
them And the Said Thomas Cox & Rebecca his wife for themselves their heires exectrs: & administratrs
doth further Covenant & agree to and with the Sd: John Colwall his heires & assignes by th(ese)
pr:Sents that they the Said Thomas Cox & Rebecca his wife or theire heires Shall & will from
time to time & at all times hereafter for & duering the Space of Seaven years next ensueing
the Date hereof at & upon the reasonable request and only at the Cost & Charges in the (Law)
of him the Sd: John Colwall his heires or assignes or any of them Doe make acknowledge execute
& Suffer or Cause to be done made acknowledged executed & Suffered all & every Such further & Lawfull
& reasonable Act & Acts Thing & things devize & devizes assurances & Conveyances in the Law

in wch: paymt well & truly to be made & done wee bind or: Selves our heires executrs: adminstrators
Jointly & Severally firmly by these presents in Wittnes whereof wee have hereunto Sett or: hands & Seales
